                       Lunch is included with registration for every rider at the end of the race.

                        Rest stops will be provided every 10-15 miles with complimentary refreshments for all reregistered participants. 

                      There will be sag wagons covering the routes to take care of any emergencies or repairs that might be needed.

  Sag wagons will operate until all riders are in or until 5:00 pm.


                     From I-85; take Exit 41 (Moreland Exit), Go NORTH on Highway 29, turn left on Pine Road follow the signs.                                                                                        



I, the undersigned, know that participating in the RFTR Bike Ride is a potentially hazardous activity, and I participate in it of my own free will and choice. In choosing to participate in the RFTR Bike Ride and related events, I fully accept and assume all risk including, without limitation, physical injury, mental injury or trauma, death, contact with other participants, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment, the effects of weather including extreme temperature conditions, traffic, contact with motor vehicles of all types and descriptions, collisions with other riders or fixed objects, the conditions of the road and participating in events along the route, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I assume the risk of all conditions and potential occurrences during the RFTR Bike Ride and its related events and waive all specific notice of existence of either. I shall pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of accident, illness, or other incapacity regardless of whether I have authorized such expense.

I realize the RFTR Bike Ride requires physical conditioning and I represent that I am in sound medical condition capable of participating in the ride without risk to myself or others. I have no physical or medical impediment which would endanger myself or others. I understand that a situation may arise during the RFTR Bike Ride which may be beyond the control of the sponsors, promoters or organizers and agree to ride so as not to endanger myself or others. I agree to be solely responsible for the condition and adequacy of my bicycle, safety gear and riding equipment.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of my entry acceptance, I, for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, waive and release Brown’s Mill Battlefield Association and RFTR Bike Ride sponsors and participating clubs, communities and organizations, RFTR Bike Ride officials, volunteers and their representatives, agents, and successors of all of the above, from any and all claims of any kind I have, may have or may hereafter accrue against the released parties either directly or indirectly, including claims brought by third parties, arising out of or relating in any respect to my attending or participating in the RFTR Bike Ride, including without limitation, damage or harm to my person or property which may be caused by any act, or failure to act, by the above persons and entities. I further agree to indemnify and hold the parties released above from any and all losses, damages, claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or relating in any respect to my participating in the RFTR Bike Ride or related events. I further agree to abide by all RFTR Bike Ride rules and regulations. I further understand photos taken of me during the ride may be used in future BMBA newslettters or RFTR ride brochures.


#  CPSC or SNELL-approved helmets are MANDATORY!
